1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 90j Casino ("90j," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 90j Casino website located at 90j.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 90j Casino reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 90j Casino Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all games:

• All casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are regularly tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 90j Casino's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 90j Casino's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
